Good Girl Syndrome (n.):
A chronic condition that includes the habit of putting everyone else’s needs above your own in the name of being “nice,” “polite,”, "doing your part/ job", or “easy to love.” Symptoms include: struggling to say no, set boundaries, or prioritize themselves without guilt. It’s rooted in people-pleasing, perfectionism, and the fear of being seen as selfish, difficult, or "too much." While it may look like kindness on the outside, underneath is often burnout, resentment, and a lost sense of self.
Warning: Left untreated, it may lead to passive-aggressive dishwashing, emotional burnout, staying in the wrong situation/ relationship too long, and secretly plotting to run away and open a candle shop in the woods.
Treatment? Sass, self-worth, and saying no like you mean it without fear like the bad girl you know you are!

I'm seen as that kind of woman because...
I'm opinionated, loud, say no, love MY happy + desires, give no sh*ts for others opinions of me, stand up for myself, create boundaries + protect them, walk away from situations that don't support my worth + values, I take up space, and I don't play small. But most of all, I know who I am and don't let anyone F*CK with that.
I get my kicks from helping other women step into their rebel list everyday and can do the same for you!
It's time to stop abiding by the invisible rule book that "they" created + write your own.

"I've always wanted to feel sexy and confident even when wearing sweat pants. After my first coaching session I was already noticing a change in my everyday life. I can't wait to see what the next few months bring. "

"I'm in my 40's and have never been able to set boundaries with my family or friends. It was hard work but Angie helped me discover my way to set and maintain them. I felt guilty at first but that went away pretty quickly when I wasn't so tired all the time from saying yes to everyone and everything.
